What does the Founder's Price mean?
The first 100 members get the K-Glow Pass at 99,000 IDR/month instead of 199,000 IDR — and this price is locked forever, as long as you keep your membership active. Once the 100 spots are filled, new members join at the standard price.
How do points and rewards work?
You earn 1 point for every 10,000 IDR spent on products, treatments, and packages. You also earn 20 points for each weekly skin photo and each wheel spin. Points unlock milestone rewards — Free EMS Body Sculpt at 500 points, Free Hydrafacial any treatment at 1,000 points, and a free Skin Booster or Hydrafacial at 2,000 points. Your points never expire.
What are the membership levels?
There are four levels: Bronze (0-499 pts), Silver (500-1,499 pts), Gold (1,500-2,999 pts), and Platinum (3,000+ pts). When you reach Silver you receive a 250,000 IDR voucher, Gold gives you a 1,000,000 IDR voucher, and Platinum unlocks a 2,500,000 IDR voucher.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll join at the current price — the Founder's price is only guaranteed while your membership stays active.
What is the AI Skin Diary?
Every week, you take a selfie directly from your dashboard. Our AI analyzes your skin across 6 dimensions — hydration, texture, radiance, firmness, pores, and sensitivity — and gives you a detailed report with scores, observations, and a personalized tip. Over time, you can track your skin's evolution week by week.
Do I need to install an app?
No app store download needed. Korean Face Bar works as a web app — just add it to your home screen from Safari or Chrome. This enables push notifications so your Skin Coach can send you daily routine reminders and UV alerts.
How does the 10% product discount work?
