These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website koreanfacebar.com, the booking of treatments, and the purchase of products from PT Korean Face Bar. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
This website is operated by PT Korean Face Bar, a company registered in Indonesia (SK Kemenkumham No. AHU-0077349.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024), with its registered office at Jalan Sempol, Pererenan, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia. NPWP: 26.692.736.7-906.000.
2. Treatments & Services
2.1 Booking & Appointments
All treatment bookings are made through Fresha (fresha.com) or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notification from Fresha.
2.2 Skin Analysis & Consultation
A skin analysis or in-person consultation may be required before certain treatments. Final treatment protocols and active product selections are always adjusted after in-person assessment to ensure safety and optimal results. The treatment plan recommended during a skin analysis is advisory and non-binding.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
2.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full price of the treatment will still apply. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
2.5 Treatment Risks & Consent
All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, or allergic reactions. Our trained specialists will explain the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare instructions before each treatment. By proceeding with a treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks and provide your consent.
Clients with known medical conditions, allergies, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding must inform our team before any treatment. PT Korean Face Bar reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
2.6 Results Disclaimer
Treatment results vary from person to person depending on individual skin type, condition, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions. Before and after photos shown on our website or social media represent individual results and are not guaranteed for all clients. PT Korean Face Bar does not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices displayed on our website and pricelist are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of tax and service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment
Payment is made on-site at the time of your visit. We accept cash (IDR), credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. Online payment through Fresha is not available for our location in Indonesia.
3.3 Packages
Treatment packages must be requested on the day of your appointment. Package prices are valid only when purchased as a complete package. Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions after 6 months will expire.
4. K-Beauty Products — Product Sales
4.1 Product Authenticity
All products sold at Korean Face Bar are 100% authentic, directly imported from Korea, and sold in their original sealed packaging. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or tampered products.
4.2 Orders via WhatsApp
Product orders can be placed via WhatsApp (+62 812-2880-5378). Orders are confirmed upon our written acknowledgment via WhatsApp. Product availability is subject to current stock.
4.3 Delivery
Delivery is available across Bali via Gojek. Delivery fees are calculated based on the client's location and are charged separately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. PT Korean Face Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider.
4.4 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only, subject to inspection. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
4.5 Skin Reactions
While we carefully select products suitable for various skin types, individual skin reactions can occur. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. PT Korean Face Bar is not liable for adverse skin reactions resulting from the use of products purchased from our shop.
5. Skin Analysis Discount
Clients who complete a K-Beauty Skin Analysis are entitled to a 15% discount on skincare products purchased on the same day as their analysis. This discount cannot be combined with other offers, is non-transferable, and applies only to in-store product purchases made on the day of the analysis.
6. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers, if offered, are subject to their specific terms and conditions stated at the time of issuance. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, and software — is the property of PT Korean Face Bar and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Korean Face Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our website, services, or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
9. Force Majeure
PT Korean Face Bar shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, power failures, or disruptions to internet services.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
